Georges St-Pierre is an illustrious Canadian Mixed Martial Artist (MMA) fighter and present Welterweight Champion of the UFC. He is also ranked as the No.1 World Champion in MMA game almost in all sports related sites and magazines. He started his career as Kyokushin Karate and also worked as a bouncer in night club at Montreal. He also learned BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and got black belt in 2008. He had visited many countries for the promotion of MMA.
The MMA game is not a wrestling game but up to some extent similar to that. Many MMA fighters and wrestlers are seen with different kind of tattoos on their bodies but Pierre shows very little interest in tattoos. Most of the MMA fighters just have tattoos for pride, strength, power and for looking rude. But his choice is quite unique and he has a couple of small tattoos. His first tattoo can be seen on his left chest. This is a Chinese Script/Kanji tattoo in black ink. About the meanings of this Kanji, the famous MMA player said “The tattoo on my chest means that there are two sides to me. I can be very rude and I can be very nice. I like to be rude when I fight.”
He has another one and that is located on his right leg at his calf. This time he got a lily flower tattoo “fleur-de-lis”, a symbol of Quebec pride in Canada. In an interview, he said that this tattoo of mine represents my deep love and emotions for my native country and I am a Canadian Ambassador and I am proud of it.
